In this 3-part progressive series, learn the basics, guidelines, and benefits of exercise and how we can personalize our routines to best target our specific fitness goals. It is recommended that all attendees come each week to be able to apply the learned information to their daily fitness routine.

Details:There is so much information floating around about exercise, that it’s sometimes hard to discern fact from myth. In this workshop, we will review beginner information about the recommendations of exercise and recovery to create a knowledgeable foundation to build a fitness routine. Details: Now that you understand the exercise basics and recommendations for you, let’s personalize your fitness routine. We will review how cardiovascular, strength, stability, and flexibility training play a key role in your daily life and how you can implement them on a regular basis. Details:Learn how to create SMART goals to successfully change behaviors and habits to reach a specific outcome. This hands-on workshop will allow you to create a plan of action moving forward to achieve getting the recommended amount of exercise for you. Register for the online webinar here!
Additional Information:This event is FREE and open to all UD Employees, Spouses, and Retirees. This workshop series is designed to help you build various skills within each session. While we do not require you to attend all three sessions, we encourage you to attend all three if you are able so you can get the most from the series.
